This class is coached at 11:00 am or 5:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Strength & Conditioning
Our version of CrossFit.
Functional lifting, plyo, gymnastics, strength sets all included in this workout.
This group is “self coached” and the group meets at 5:15AM most weekdays.
WOD is posted Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Body Pump
A fast-paced, barbell-based workout that is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit.
It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructor, and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
Floor Sculpt

Think floor pilates. Not your traditional pilates class, but very similar and you will recognize some of those movements.
This is only an 8 week series to really get those muscles nice and toned for the summer.
Join us Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30 pm. Bring a mat if you want, but we do have quite a few!
Mobility keeps you young! Stop by for a 20 minute stretch and pre recovery. This won’t be too vigorous and a perfect way to warm up before our quickfit and/ or floor sculpt or any other workout.
Held Monday - Friday at 5:00 pm
